Along with our monthly book discussions, we are taking the time to get to know each other on a personal level.
Each month, we are assigned a buddy. We have until our next meeting to get to know them and share with the group what
we've learned. This has been a wonderful experience for us all and we would like to share it with you. WE ARE
NOT JUST A BOOK CLUB, WE ARE FAMILY!
MELISSA: I feel so close to Trish now that we have spent time together. It is very
rare to be able to spend an entire day with someone and feel completely comfortable. We are building a great
friendship.
TRISH: Hanging out with Melissa was a real treat. She's a beautiful person inside
and out. We never had a dull moment. Our conversation flowed like we had been friends for years. Hopefully
it was a sign of our blossoming friendship for many years to come.
SIRCREATA: My buddy was very friendly. I felt like we had known each other for years.
We shared a lot of things and I look forward to spending more time with her.
MONICA: I enjoyed everything about my buddy. We shared so much and found out that
we have so much in common. I look forward to spending more time with her.
"STRENGTHENING OUR BOND THROUGH FRIENDSHIP"!
TRICILLA: I enjoyed the restaurant Stir Crazy. We talked a lot about family and how
children today are so different than we were when we were young. I felt so comfortable talking to my book club members.
It was we have known one another for years. They are a joy to be around.
